Ingredients:
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- Pickled jalapeños
- Crushed chips
- Ocean Garden ketchup
- Ocean Garden mustard
Method:
1. Grill the hotdogs in a hot griddle pan.
2. In a nonstick skillet, add a handful of cheese, top with the opened bun, and let the cheese crisp up slightly. Repeat with the rest of the buns.
3. Remove the cheesy buns, stuff with hotdogs, top with pickled jalapenõs, chips, lots of ketchup and mustard.
