Ingredients
- 200g Ocean Garden Butter
- 250g Ocean Garden Strawberries, thawed
- 300g fi filo pastry, thawed
- 250g cream cheese, room temperature
- 300ml cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod or 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
- Icing sugar to serve
Method
1. Melt the butter and place in a shallow tray. Grease a tart mould with a bit of butter.
2. One by one, pick up the fi
3. In the meantime, whisk together the cream cheese, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add them to the mix.
4. Remove the tart from the oven, break up the bumpy parts in the middle with a spoon and pour the cheesecake mix into it.
Bake until barely set in the middle, about 25 minutes. Let the tart cool before serving.
