Ingredients:
- 100g Ocean Garden Paprika Potato Wedges
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp chives, finely chopped
Method:
1. Add olive oil to a pan. Pan-fry the wedges until crispy while tossing. Fry egg on top of the wedges, season with a pinch of salt, and finish with chives.
