Ingredients:
- 4 medium sourdough slices
- 3 tbsp Ocean Garden mustard
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 120g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 200g turkey breast slices
- 8 pickle slices
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 tbsp Ocean Garden mayonnaise
Method:
1.Lightly toast the bread bread.
2. Spread mustard on the bottom bread piece, add lettuce, mozzarella, layer turkey breast slices, pickles, eggs, and tomato.
3. Finish with a generous squeeze of mayonnaise, close, cut, and serve.
