Luncheon Meat Egg Roll

  1. Pour whisked eggs onto a non-stick pan to make a thin, circular slice of egg wrap.
  2. Mince the luncheon meat and brown them in a non-stick pan. There is no need to add cooking oil as the meat is already very oily. Tip: minced luncheon meat is nicely browned when oil starts oozing out from it.
  3. Spread the browned minced luncheon meat onto the egg and roll it.
  4. Squeeze some tomato ketchup on it and serve.

  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 can of luncheon meat
