French Toast and Luncheon Meat Sandwiches

  1. Cut meat into 8 slices.
  2. Cook in a large skillet until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
  3. In a shallow dish, beat eggs and milk together.
  4. Dip bread quickly in egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Fry two at a time in skillet until done on both sides.
  6. Wrap one piece of meat with one slice of French toast.

Ingredients

  • 1 container (about 340g) of luncheon meat, fully cooked and sliced
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 slices white bread
