Chicken with Sliced Mushrooms

  1. In a pan, heat a little olive oil and saute the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the sliced ​​pepper and continue cooking.
  3. Spread pieces of chicken evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Cover with the sliced ​​mushrooms and cover the pan.
  6. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  7. Uncover and stir.
  8. Simmer for 10 more minutes. Add milk, and bring to a boil.
  9. Remove from heat, and serve with spaghetti.
