Ingredients:
- 1 250g box Ocean Garden Air Fried Mozzarella Burger
- 4 burger buns
- 1 1/2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Ocean Garden mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 4 thick tomato slices
- 6 tbsp Ocean Garden barbecue sauce
- 4 thick purple onion slices
- 16 pickle slices
Method:
1. Air fry the mozzarella burger according to box instructions.
2. Toast the burger buns.
3. Mix the cabbage with mayonnaise and vinegar. Season the coleslaw to taste.
4. Add the coleslaw to the bottom burger buns, top with the tomato slices, the hot mozzarella burger, generously squeeze barbecue sauce, add onion, pickles, more mayonnaise, and close. Serve.
