Ingredients:
- 1 250g box Ocean Garden Air Fried Halloumi Sticks
- 1 1/2 cups boiled moghrabieh
- 1 1/2 cups baby beetroot leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Ocean Garden green beans, blanched and cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 small purple onion, thinly sliced
- 15 basil leaves, thinly sliced plus more to garnish
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Ocean Garden mustard
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt to taste
Method:
1. Air fry the Halloumi sticks according to box instructions.
2. In the meantime, prepare the salad. In a big bowl, add the moghrabieh, beetroot leaves, cherry tomatoes, green beans, onion, and basil leaves.
3. Mix the dressing in a small bowl. Dress the salad, season, adjust seasoning and acidity. Transfer to a serving plate.
4. Top the salad with the warm Halloumi sticks and garnish with basil leaves.
