🛒 You’ll need:
1 kg chicken breast 🍗
Salt 🧂
2 cups crushed cornflakes 🌽
2 tbsp chicken seasoning 🌶️
1 cup Ocean Garden ketchup 🍅 (+ more for dipping)
Ocean Garden mayo + Ocean Garden mustard for serving 💛🤍 👩🍳
Method:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
2. Cut the chicken breast into thin pieces. Season with salt.
2. Toss the cornflakes with the chicken seasoning in a plate.
3. Add the ketchup to another plate.
4. Dip the chicken breast in ketchup then in cornflakes. Gently push the flakes into the chicken to make the crust stick.
5. Airfry for 20 minutes. Serve with ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
