Ingredients:
- 1 400g bag Ocean Garden green peas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup za’atar leaves
- Chili slices
- 300g feta cheese block
- 2 tbsp Ocean Garden butter
Peas grilled. Feta chilled. Summer fulfilled. 🍋🫛🧊 🔥🫛Place the peas in a fine mesh strainer and char on an open flame while tossing. 🍋Transfer to a bowl and dress while hot with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. 🧈Toast the bread slices in butter until golden . 🧀 Place the cheese block on a serving plate with the peas all around. 🌿Top with mint, za’atar leaves, and chili slices. 🥖Finish with lemon zest and serve with the bread.
