Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken breast
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Ocean Garden BBQ sauce
- 1 400g bag Ocean Garden Strawberry
- 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
- 5 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Ocean Garden mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dill pickles
- 5 burger buns
Method:
1. Place the strawberries in a small pot on medium heat and add the barbecue sauce. Let the sauce simmer until thickened and the strawberries break down.
2. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and barbecue seasoning. Pan-fry in olive oil until done but still juicy. Let them rest for 10 minutes before shredding.
3. Mix the cabbage with the mayonnaise and some pickle juice.
4. Shred the chicken and mix it with the strawberry barbecue sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Stuff the buns with coleslaw, shredded chicken, pickles, and radish slices.
