Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Ocean Garden butter
- 4 beef patties
- 4 cheddar slices
- 4 thick purple onion slices
- 4 thick pineapple slices
- 4 burger buns
- 6 tbsp Ocean Garden ketchup
- 4 tbsp Ocean Garden mustard
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Method:
1. Melt butter in a pan. Season the beef patties with salt and pepper. Pan-fry on both sides, and melt cheddar on top of them when almost done. Keep warm.
2. In the same pan, pan-fry the onion and pineapple slices. Glaze pineapple with ketchup, flip to caramelize, glaze the other side, then flip to caramelize again.
3. Toast the buns in a buttered pan.
4. To assemble, spread mustard on the lower bun, top with lettuce, onion, meat, glazed pineapple, more ketchup, and finally the top bun.
