Ingredients
400g OG Peas, thawed
2 tbsp OG Mayonnaise
1 tbsp OG Yellow Mustard
6 eggs
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup Labneh
1/2 cup celery, fi
1/4 cup chives, fi
1/4 cup pickles, fi
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Soft sandwich buns or bagels
Method
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some vinegar. Gently drop the eggs in the pot and boil for 8 minutes. Drop the eggs in ice water and gently peel.
2. Chop the eggs. Mix with peas, Labneh, celery, chives, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Serve in buns or bagels.
