Rice Salad

  1. Mix rice, curry powder, oil and vinegar together.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Add capsicum, peas, celery, spring onions and mayonnaise to rice.
  4. Chill before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice cooked
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 tbs white vinegar
  • 1/2 green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup peas cooked
  • 6 spring onions chopped
